Most real estate agents feel they are great negotiators.  However, few understand the tactics and styles that may be used in negotiations to become the best negotiator possible.  In this session we will identify the specific things every real estate agent should recognized during a negotiation to ensure the highest expectation of results and to make sure you are doing all that is possible to be the best negotiator in every circumstance.

  • Identify those things that result in successful negotiations.
  • Recognize when other agents are great negotiators and identify tactics to level the field.
  • Develop and understand both the psychology of negotiations and the styles which may be used.
