Kenisha Robnett, CCIMExecutive Vice President, Commercial RE/MAX Commercial
Kenisha is a CCIM and an active CRE Broker. In 2019 she became an Instructor teaching ‘User Decisions’ and ‘Financial Analysis’ for the CCIM Institute. She is a frequent lecturer for Georgia State University, and she is the incoming Real Estate Development Professor for their Master’s degree program. Since 2006, Kenisha has been a tenacious negotiator for end-users of space. She began her career with UGL-Equis, then transitioned to Corporate Real Estate at Walmart, where she was responsible for an $8 Billion portfolio, conducting lease negotiations, excess land sells, and she helped to develop new stores.
In 2017, Kenisha returned to full-time brokerage, and she advises clients with acquisitions, dispositions and leasing. She was recently nominated for WLI’s 2021 Leaders Award and accepted to ULI’s Center for Leadership. She was named a “CRE Woman of Influence” by GlobeStreet, a recipient of Connect Media’s "Women in CRE Award;" and recognized as a National Leader in the Industry.
